• Soak 4-5 pieces of dry amla in 200 ml water overnight and drink water in the morning.If you can eat chew the soaked amla or else leave it not an issue.
• Replace your Breakfast with Slimming Nutritional Malt, To prepare, simply take 230ml of hot water, add 1 Scoop Slimming Nutritional Malt, give it a good stir, and savour the delightful blend. Add extra jaggery or honey to enhance the taste.
• Drink More Water (Atleast 4 liters)throughout the Weight loss journey to keep you hydrated.
• Have your Lunch as usual try to avoid deep fried and Refined Flours.
• Evening One Hour before Dinner Drink Take your slimtox Tea, To Prepare Take 150ml of water and bring it to a boil. Add one Tea Spoon of Tea blend to hot water and stir well. Strain and enjoy.Do not boil for more than 1 min.
• Replace Your Dinner with Slimming Nutritional Malt as mentioned in Step2.
• Take 1-2 Fruits along with Drink if you are not full. Avoid Sugars.
